Karra is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of E&A Clinical Psychology. She is dedicated to delivering gold-standard private health services through a team of sincerely compassionate professionals. Karra brings a wealth of experience in the private health sector and is recognised for her values-based leadership and ability to design sustainable systems that help people and teams thrive.
Karra regularly presents in Australia and internationally at conferences and events on the topics of peak performance and suffering.
She was a regular guest panelist on the Australian TV talk show BeThat and is the author of The Chronic Pain Couple: How to be a joyful partner and have a remarkable relationship in spite of chronic pain, now sold worldwide and translated into French and German.
She provides consulting and workshops to corporations on high-performance in spite of health challenges, often contributing to company Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programmes or psychosocial wellbeing initiatives in the areas of mental health, chronic illness or chronic pain.
Karra’s passion for business, private health services, and high-performance leadership stems from an early career in health and communication. She holds a Master of Speech Pathology from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Applied Linguistics and Languages, grounding her leadership in evidence-based communication and people-centred practice.
