Rhiannon is a compassionate and collaborative psychologist who recently returned to Australia after completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Exeter. Over the past eight years, she has worked within the UK National Health Service (NHS), supporting individuals across the lifespan with a variety of mental health challenges.​

She is dedicated to creating a supportive therapeutic environment, helping clients explore the underlying factors influencing their thoughts and emotions. By fostering insight and self-understanding, Rhiannon empowers individuals to make meaningful changes and work towards the life they envision.​

Rhiannon is trained in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring therapy is both effective and accessible.​

She has a particular interest and extensive experience in working with individuals with diverse intellectual abilities, such as those with acquired brain injuries or IDD/intellectual disabilities. Rhiannon is passionate about adapting therapeutic interventions to ensure equitable access to psychological support for all clients.​
